I was thinking yesterday, that four years ago when all this started at the first meeting, how awe struck I was that you had all these great celebrity friends and how much fun we had at that very first meeting with Freddy Bell, Joey Villa, Sonny King, Rich Little & Pat Cooper to name a few. I want to personally thank you Nelson, for letting me be part of this great club and it has opened so many doors for me here in Las Vegas. The non club & the friendships of fellow Presidents has made my retirement wonderful here in Las Vegas, Thanks to you Pal.

Congratulations on another wonderful lunch, from FIORE. Everything was wonderful as always, the food, the orchestra, the competent special guest, our sheriff Joséph Lombardo, a strong candidate for Governor (Republican). And of course, to all members of Clube FIORE, which makes this environment pleasant. Nelson, it is with great satisfaction that I have been working so that FIORE's long and beautiful history is recorded with honor. I am immensely grateful for the confidence in my work! I loved the surprise of receiving the award, thank you very much. See your satisfaction with each page created and my encouragement to do more each day. You can count on me.

I’m so proud to be a part of the FIORE CLUB. First we started by honoring our recent fallen soldiers tribute. Then the star spangle banner was sung. Then the pledge of allegiance. And finishing with the FIORE invocation. God bless this club and Nelson Sardelli for making it happen. A club that loves our country.

Dear Nelson, In all of my years of playing Mrs. Claus, I have to tell you that the FIORE Christmas Party was the best I have ever attended! It was such a fun event with everything done to perfection. I think everyone enjoyed the festive atmosphere, the great musical entertainment and the delicious food. You did your usual outstanding job of coordinating and hosting the program. I told Santa to be extra good to you this year. I enjoyed seeing all of the great photos in the Las Vegas Tribune. Thank you again for inviting me to join the fun! Merry Christmas Nelson! Cheers from the North Pole,

Godfather, Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to deliver the blessing. It was an honor. As always it was great to see you & the rest of the group . I think Angelo is doing a great job with the club as well. Thanks!

Thanks again for a wonderful Valentine’s Day event. Richard and Sydney H. loved it and want to join our non-club. Please add their email address to the non-club mailing list. See you next month.

Dear Nelson, Attached is my FAVORITE photo of all the WONDERFUL prints that were sent. I printed it out and haver it sitting at my desk. Thank you for the very nice acknowledgement that afternoon about my being able to return to "Life". I am dressed, as you know, in medical attire acknowledging my 2022 year in hospitals. Pretty good costume, I'd say--but NOT as good as yours--it was PERFECT! Happy Halloween!

Nelson, I am proud to be considered your friend. From the first time I met you, this great voice at the Bootlegger so many years ago, to all the fun times we’ve enjoyed you, Lorraine and the fun of F.I.O.R.E. You are a great inspiration watching and trying to understand all the energy you still put into the fun, entertaining FIORE luncheons and parties. God Bless you. Sincerely,
Angelo and Nancy Cassaro
What a great event, Nelson. The March 8 luncheon was a great success. The F.I.O.R.E. club is a very classy operation. You really know how to do it up right. I have a lot on my plate with running numerous businesses plus being an investor/trader, but I would be willing to give an hour here and there if you need some extra help with the club. I know you have mentioned in the past that there is a lot of work, and it is falling on the shoulders of a very few. Just let me know, and I will make an effort to help. Again, great job on the Mar. 8 event. What a great group, and great club. I am very proud to be associated with it.

It lasted all day….. light of heart yet my heart was filled. Never, in years, have I had such a welcome feeling of being-at-home. The company of you…… Artie….. Linda…….including your performances made my day………….. and being introduced to such a talent as Michaelina. I was awestruck having heard her and now I know more about her from the videos. The combination of the comraderie of all of you and all of your displays of talent left me emotionally rewarded having joined you all there. If having friends like all of you is being rich, I can now retire. I won’t be forgetting this day…. e Cent’anni,

Just a quick blast to say thanks for another fine outing with the non-club club FIORE on this most recent Thursday night. It is quite enjoyable to socialize with the many fine people in attendance. The food is very good, the entertainment is excellent, and the atmosphere is fun to be a part of. Wishing you Good Health and Continued Success as I look forward to the August gathering. Thanks.

Wow, that is fantastic Nelson! A true testiment to you and the remaining original founders who built this non-organization from the first non-concept non-meeting at the Starbucks on Flamingo and Arville, to the old Greek Isle, to downtown, to now this. Too bad life and work get in the way from me joining the events, but I have extremely fond memories and truly enjoy watching it grow. Bravissimo!! Merry Christmas to you and family my friend.

Nice of you to use the “royal WE” Nelson, but, for all purposes, ALL the credit goes to you. To FIORE, you give your heart and your soul and it COMES THROUGH like it did yesterday. No speaker, nothing in particular except roses and chocolate, and just LOOK at the turnout! I’d say nothing short of spectacular!
Peter Anthony
Thanks!!!! What a great time I had. You guys are the MOST fun crowd in town!

Loved the Amazing Mr Hughes presentation by Mr. McCaffery. In my younger days, I read everything “Hughes” that I could. One of my heroes. Here I am now in Vegas, with friends whom some have direct links to him and Mr Maheu. Looks like we all are still having a fortunate life. Ain’t that cool!! Thanks …FIORE Rules…

From January 15th, 2009: Nelson It is entirely my pleasure to belong to FIORE, a group that obviously cares about others. Besides, I don’t ever want to be on the bad side of that many Italians. Best, Mike Callahan, somewhere in New Jersey

NELSON, thank you for all the work you do putting his lunches together. I doubt if many people realize what you go through to do it. But I personally want to thank you and I really enjoyed seeing you and our friends today. I only ask you of one thing, keep me off of your obituary list. Again thank you for everything. Really enjoyed today. And it was such a pleasure to have the big bad sound.

The F.I.O.R.E. luncheon is the most unique, magical and fun loving sharing afternoon as only Nelson Sardelli can create with the help of his "personal wife" Lorriane. June 16th was the first meeting after over a year. The excitement began as you entered the IAC Showroom....There was a long stem Rose for every lady and candy for everyone, a full band playing on stage and Nelson, Lorraine and guests standing and some seated but all hugging and kissing. A caring scene. Then the eating, prizes given away, and things to bid on and the entertainment on and off stage. Nelson is The Show but he shares the stage with his great guest entertainers. My words cannot describe all that goes on. It is a must see. Thank You to Nelson, Lorraine, the Band and all the Helping Hands that make it happen.....

Thank you for inviting me to FIORE it was fun and look forward to enjoying more good times.

If you want a taste of the old classy Vegas, this is the place to be…Nelson Sardelli, our fearless leader sets a tone of inclusiveness and camaraderie. It is a safe haven for celebrities to have some fun and enjoy a friendly lunch. You don’t have to be Italian or a celebrity, just be open to having fun. I remember when I contacted Nelson to join up, he said “who do you know that I know”. I mentioned a couple of names he said “see you Thursday”. Nelson is old school, a product of the sub generation of the Greatest Generation…the “silent generation” of which my parents were a member. They drive to add value, be unique and have unlimited energy. That’s the tone of the club set by our leader. You won’t see this anywhere in the world. It has to be Nelson Sardelli as leader and in Las Vegas or else it just isn’t the non-Club FIORE. I’m glad I made the plunge…

FIORE meetings are not mere get-togethers. Celebrating the joy of life, of friends and family, great food happens every time. Those with hair let it down. Those without, well, they do the same. And those are some special people. Ranging from retired stars to active headliners they put all of that aside because they are among friends. Every man is a President. Every woman a First Lady. And they accept and welcome everyone who meets their, ahem, standards. FIORE events end with smiling faces, happy hearts and a full belly all wrapped in the special love that has come all the way from Italy, or Brazil, or Pahrump... or us.
